With 28 years of professional experience, Ms. Holt is well-qualified to hold her current positions at Chordiant Software. Her expertise is in application design, program management, sales team support, as well as delivery and implementation of all engineering duties. On a daily basis, Ms. Holt manages a department of five business analysts who are instrumental in product strategy and definition. She is responsible for planning projects, budgeting and managing customer interaction with the Vertical Applications group. Ms. Holt became involved in her profession after receiving her first applications business analyst position. She enjoyed the work from the start, and finds that her industry provides exciting learning opportunities and the chance to interact with others in problem-solving and project-planning capacities. The most rewarding aspect of her job, in fact, is working with teams and helping each individual accomplish more than what they thought possible. Her promptness and ability to deliver a thorough completed project in a timely manner has been a running theme throughout her career, and she prides herself on such commitment to detail.

Ms. Holt received her MBA from Murray State University in 1983 and her Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, also from Murray State University in 1973. She received the prestigious Outstanding Service Award in July of 2006 and is a member of Mastercard Worldwide.
