Brook V. Dove celebrates 20 years in the finance field

GREENSBORO, NC, August 8, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brook V. Dove, Senior Information Technology Quality Manager of Lincoln Financial Group, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in financial services.

As senior information technology quality manager for Lincoln Financial Group, Ms. Dove specializes in project management. She manages quality assurance consultants analysts, conducts tests on mainframe desktops and web systems, reviews print automation and contacts recruiters. Ms. Dove became involved in her profession because of her interest in analytical and technical work, and she originally worked as a quality assurance analyst and manager. She attributes her success to her passion for her profession and efficiency in understanding her clients' needs.

Ms. Dove received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Mathematics and Anthropology from Vanderbilt University in 1974 and Master's Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from The George Washington University. She is a recipient of the 1999 QAI Best of Best Award on the topic of Code Walkthroughs. In the future, she would like to become an assistant vice president.
