Thomas W. Drueding celebrates 20 years in the information technology

CAMBRIDGE, MA, September 9, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thomas W. Drueding, Ph.D., Vice President of Enterprise IT Vendor Management for Fidelity Investments, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in information technology.

With 20 years professional experience in information technology and 10 years in the financial services industry, Dr. Drueding currently leads the IT Vendor Management Office for Fidelity's Enterprise Operations. Having developed both an institutional business-to-business product management group and a vendor management office, he has advanced how Fidelity delivers and receives technology services.

Dr. Drueding received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and has a private pilot's license. He became involved in his profession through his experience as an engineer, a management consultant, and a co-founder of an Internet based financial services company, DigitalShares. In the future, he hopes lead a technology focused product management organization focus on solving business needs.
